The location is Inhouse, Bilje Croatia (5 km from Osijek), but we are also work partially remote.
1. Programmer
We are looking for programmers (developers) who can contribute to the development of our solution and work in a system that allows us to improve the requirements of our clients from around the world on a daily basis.
What are we looking for?
Developers/programmers who are interested and motivated to work. Creative, communicative and responsible people with analytical and structured thinking and a willingness to learn. People who are team players, interested in work and continuous improvement.
Formal requirements:
- Completed high school
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
Formal school education is not the most important condition, it is possible to receive additional formal education.
Personal requirements
- High level interest being part in a startup to refresh the banking industry
- Enjoy working with state of the art technology in a global company
- Appreciate a positive team spirit
Technical requirements
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Knowledge of the programming language C#.
- Knowledge of financial mathematics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage.

2. Quality controller / Application tester for banking operations
We are looking for quality controllers/testers who can contribute to the development of our solution and who want to work in a system that we improve daily for customers around the world. We have an established system that we improve every day and adapt to the needs of our clients.
What we are looking for:
Resourcefulness in testing the banking application, curiosity in researching and finding possible errors in the application and a good eye for details.
Formal requirements:
- Completed high school
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
Personalrequirements:
- High level interest being part in a startup to refresh the banking industry
- Enjoy working with state of the art technology in a global company
- Appreciate a positive team spirit
- Work experience in the bank, knowledge of accounting.

3. Project Manager
Project management is a complex task that requires teamwork between people with different profiles; developers, consultants, customers and project managers, and a high-quality final solution requires the strength of each individual link. That’s why we need the dedication of a person who is at the frontline between the client and the members of the development team, so that everyone can do what they do best.
Because our company is multinational, we have the privilege to work with clients around the world. That often means visiting them to get to know their requirements and business better.
What we are looking for:
- Awareness of project management processes.
- Knowledge of software development methods, with special emphasis on Kanban and SCRUM.
- The ability to run several projects in parallel.
- Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, manage risks and take advantage of opportunities
- Decision-making ability
- A person does not have to be a developer or banking expert, but he or she must be familiar with the challenges of the development business and have basic banking skills.
- Working with the team, the ability to set achievable goals according to the client’s needs, including defining the scope of work, deadlines and budget.
Formal requirements:
- Completed secondary school / university degree
- English language skills in spoken and written are required
At least 1 year of practical experience in the position of project manager.
